Jim Huebner, age 49, was born and raised in Fresno, California. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1980 with a BA degree in History. Jim is married to his wife Heidi, and has three children.

     Mr. Huebner worked as manager for Huebner Sports from 1981 to 1992. In the fall of 1992 he started at Pearson Realty as a sales agent. Within his first three years at Pearson, he negotiated over 100 lease and sale transactions.

     In May of 1996, he moved to Commercial Retail Associates, Inc., becoming the top sales agent for CRA in 1998. Huebner relocated in 2000 with fellow agents Pete Orlando, Mike Arfsten and Jim Graham to Fortune Associates where they began Fortune’s first Retail Division. In both 2003 & 2004, Jim was one of Fortune Associates' “Top Producers” with over $25,000,000 in sales & leases completed. In January of 2005, Jim received his California Broker’s license.

     In spring 2005, Jim, Mike Arfsten and Peter Orlando formed Retail California, which is currently comprised of 9 specialty retail agents and brokers and expects its team to expand again in 2006. Retail California's offices are located in the River Park Place East center directly aross from Woodward Park in North Fresno.
