Jim has been a resident of Fresno, CA since 1976 and began his Commercial Real Estate career in October of 2000. He has excelled in various sales positions including: Georgia-Pacific Building Materials, Regency Bank SBA Business Development, and First American Title Insurance Co. He also spent six years as a PGA Golf Professional after graduating from college.

     Mr. Graham is engaged in the leasing and selling of retail space and shopping centers in Central California. In addition, Jim represents retail tenants in their expansion efforts throughout northern and central California. Tenants include Chick-fil-A Restaurants, Washington Mutual Bank, Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits, and Play-N-Trade.

     Jim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is involved with Clovis Unified School District Athletics, River Park Little League, and Woodward Park Baptist Church. Jim is married to Toni, his wife of twenty years, and has two children.
