For over twenty years, Jeff Lauritzen has been helping clients
and investors with the purchase, development and/or sale of
their commercial real estate properties.
After graduating from Fresno State in 1982, Jeff started his
professional career in investments with the E.F. Hutton
Company receiving extensive training in sales, investment
products and investment management strategies.
Subsequently, Mr. Lauritzen worked for two large real estate
development companies managing a variety of commercial
development and build-to-suit projects. Working for Barry
Swenson in San Jose, Jeff was responsible for the development
of six medical office projects for UC Davis Medical Center,
Sutter Health, Good Samaritan Health System, Woodward Park
Surgicenter and Columbia HCA. With Swenson, Jeff also negotiated and managed the development
of two major “build to suit” projects for the Federal Express Corporation totaling over 400,000 square
feet and more than $50,000,000 in value and successfully negotiated a $35,000,000 multi-phase,
office campus for Echelon Corporation in San Jose.
Jeff Lauritzen's extensive career in commercial real estate includes direct involvement in the purchase, financing
and sale of numerous commercial properties including land, shopping centers, industrial properties,
and office buildings of more than 1,000,000 square feet with a value well over $100,000,000.
