David Boldt is an Investment Specialist at Retail California specializing in income producing properties and 1031 exchange transactions in the Central Valley of California. David joined Retail California with experience with Investment Real Estate as a partner with Conklin Boldt Real Estate Investments LLC in Ketchum, Idaho. Because of this prior experience, David can help you invest in the Western United States if that is your geographic preference. David is planning on earning his CCIM designation by Fall 2008 and has closed more than $40,000,000 of investment real estate transactional business.

David also has extensive experience with commercial and residential real estate. He worked with a prominent development company in Central California as the Director of Acquisitions. Prior to his real estate career, David owned and operated a very successful commercial electrical contracting firm in Fresno.

David is a member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and is involved with philanthropy work for St. Agnes Hospital and St. Anthony’s Church. David enjoys playing golf, volleyball and snow skiing and is married and has two children.

David is a graduate of Fresno State – Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Technology.
