     Anthony Aiello was is a native Fresnan and graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an option in Marketing (2004).

     In August 2002 Anthony joined The Mehmet Noyan Company as an assistant to Mr. Noyan. His duties consisted of creating aerial maps and marketing packages, researching cities and retail markets and assisting Mr. Noyan in locating sites throughout the Central Valley for Wal-Mart Inc. The Mehmet Noyan Company was the exclusive developer of the 190 acre Palm Bluffs Corporate Center. As a licensed real estate agent Anthony assisted in the marketing of the project along with creating detailed site maps of the center and marketing packages.

      In 2004 Anthony joined Fortune Associates as a licensed real estate agent in the Retail Properties Division. Currently, Anthony is involved in the leasing and sales of shopping centers and retail space in Central California and recently joined Retail California as a retail specialist. In addition, Anthony represents retail tenants in their expansion efforts throughout Central California. These tenants include: Caliche’s Frozen Custard, Sprint, Speedy Loans and Pak Mail.

     Anthony is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is involved with Madera High School Basketball, Running Coyotes and Camp Sunshine Dreams. Camp Sunshine Dreams is a camp for children with cancer and their siblings. Anthony has been involved with this organization for over 15 years as a camper, counselor and board member.

  • Cinnamon Square Shopping Center, Lemoore: NWC of Cinnamon and Lemoore Avenues in Lemoore, California. 19,500 square foot neighborhood center. Currently 85% pre-leased prior to the end of construction.
  • Citrus Plaza Shopping Center, Exeter: SWC of Visalia and Belmont Roads in Exeter, California. 25,000 square foot neighborhood center. Over 60% pre-leased prior to start of construction.
  • Crossroads Shopping Center, Kerman: Highway 145 just north of Highway 180 in Kerman, California. 11,500 square foot strip center. Approximately 90% pre-leased prior to start of construction.
  • Montecito Plaza Shopping Center, Fresno: NWC of Willow and Nees in Fresno, California. 72,000 square foot neighborhood shopping. Current tenants Rite Aid, Panda Express and Golden One Credit Union. Construction to begin summer 2005.
  • Village Square Shopping Center, Clovis: SEC of Shaw and Villas Avenues in Clovis, California. Anchor tenants include Vons, Ross Dress for Less and Dollar Tree.
  • Cedar Tree Village Shopping Center, Fresno: SEC of Cedar and Herndon Avenues in Fresno, California. Anchor tenants include Save Mart, Longs Drug and Dollar Tree.
  • Pavilion West Shopping Center, Fresno: SWC of Bullard and West Avenues in Fresno, California. 70,000 square foot neighborhood center. Currently over 90% leased.
  • The Center, Clovis: SEC of Peach and Ashlan Avenues in Clovis, California. Anchor tenants include Costco, Office Depot and WinCo.
  • NEC Cecil and Randolph, Delano: NEC of Cecil and Randolph Avenues in Delano, California. 20,000 square foot neighborhood center. Planned construction to being spring of 2006.
  • Almond Square Shopping Center, Madera. SEC of Avenue 12 and Kensington Drive in Madera, California. 11,000 square foot strip center. Planned start of construction spring of 2006.
